Birthday cake time again!

As you all may or may not know, I get a fandom cake every year. This year, I actually made my own because I wanted a very special and silly picture on the front of it.

So, here it is!

Now, apparently, it's time for the first course of this ridiculously huge seafood meal...the Gumbo course....

I think it's time for me to come out of the Supernatural closet since it keeps coming up on my flist, anyway, heh.

So, it started when I kept seeing pictures of the Supernatural kiddies on Fandomsecrets. I thought they were cute or whatever, but the Wincest freaked me out and horror movie stuff already freaked me out from way back, so I just left it alone.

But the pictures became more frequent and really, they were just so cute, so I started asking questions about them. Well, mostly I kept asking which was which. For some reason, no matter how many times I guessed, I always got them mixed up. It seems silly now, but I was DETERMINED that Dean's name was Sam, even more than I was that Sam was Dean.

Anyway, and I have to admit that the pictures of F!S of Castiel helped me get interested.

Right, shallow moment over...lol.

I started watching it. This is how I spent my New Year's Eve. Watching Supernatural with Sarah. It was really fun actually. I bought the second season and I'm sure I'll buy the third soon enough. Sarah likes it, Jessica has watched some, Kam warmed to it after we showed her the season finale of s1, Brad's posting pics...lol....it's spreading!

Really, I'm lucky about fandom stuff. I don't know if any of you guys on my flist watch Supernatural or not, but my real life friends always end up being in the same fandom as me somehow or another. Even if they don't watch it, they know enough about it to talk to. Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, SGA, Star Trek, Star Wars, BSG, Top Chef, Supernatural, Naruto, NCIS, Heroes, House...all of them. I've fangirled all of these with someone in my real acquaintance that I didn't meet on the internet.

The Wincest still freaks me out.

But I love them and my gosh, I love their dad.

Yaye for new fandoms. Now I need icons.
